shipping confirmation and order tracking
you should receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. the tracking number will be active within 24 hours. please contact your local postal services / shipment carrier if your tracking number has not been updated.
customs, duties and taxes
original konbini is not responsible for any customs, tariffs, taxes and / or processing fees applied to your order. all fees imposed during or after shipping by your local customs authorities and / or choice of shipping courier are the responsibility of the customer.
damages
original konbini is not responsible for any products lost or damaged in transit.
we will take every possible measure to ensure the items are packed well and properly cushioned. however, once the item has been picked up by the shipping companies, we are not liable for any loss or damage. if you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
