cancellation, return and refund policy

all customers are advised to check their cart carefully before checking out. however, should there be a need to request a cancellation / refund / return of items, please email us at support (at) originalkonbini (dot) com.

note: a cancellation fee (3.7% + Shopify currency conversion fee) will apply. cancellation fees may differ depending on Shopify's regional charges.

category of purchases

pre-orders - all sales of pre-ordered items are considered final. please review your purchases carefully before payment as we will not grant refunds on items purchased in error under any circumstances.

all sales items are final. we are unable to accept returns/exchanges for discounted items and/or free gifts.

refunds (if applicable)

to be eligible for a return and refund,

(1) the product packaging must be unopened, in the same condition you received it,

(2) original konbini must be contacted within seven (7) days of delivery, and

(3) the consumer will need to cover the return shipping cost using agreed-upon shipping services.

before shipping the item to us, please contact us at support (at) originalkonbini (dot) com with your order number.

once you have received a confirmation email from us, please mail the item to us, at your own cost, via registered mail. you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. shipping fees, return shipping fees, and Shopify transaction fees are non-refundable. if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping (if applicable) will be deducted from your refund.

once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. we will also inform you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request. if your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 30 days.

original konbini reserves the sole right to determine if the returned Product is eligible for a refund. If original konbini determines that a returned Product is ineligible, the Consumer may be responsible for an assessment fee, return shipping and handling fees, and other reasonable fees as may be required by original konbini prior to the Product being returned to the Consumer.

late or missing refunds (if applicable)

if you have yet to receive a refund, please check your bank account again and contact your bank / payment provider. there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. if you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us here.

exchanges (if applicable)

we only replace items if they are defective or damaged (not including damage incurred during shipping) within 14 days of order delivery. this does not apply to discounted items and free gifts. if you wish to request an exchange for the same item, please email us here.

non-refundable shipping costs

you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. shipping costs are non-refundable. if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping (if applicable) will be deducted from your refund.

when returning items, please only use trackable shipping services. we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
